About Me

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with an MSc, I tailor various therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. I aim to create a truly empathic and safe space for you. Here, you can explore challenges openly, knowing our work is designed just for you. This ensures our sessions directly respond to your background, guiding you towards a clear path forward.

Approach

Working responsively, I shape each session around your needs, listening for patterns and strengths that guide the path forward. In my Johannesburg practice I offer sessions in English, isiXhosa or isiZulu, keeping a steady, respectful pace that fits families, adults and couples. Sessions move between focused skill-building, exploring relational histories and practical problem-solving; we set collaborative goals, review progress weekly and sometimes try short tasks between meetings. People navigating relationship strain, mood shifts or life transitions often find this practical, attentive way helpful.
