Counselor

Integrative counsellor, working with you through life's' challenges, helping you to be happier & less stressed, with closeur for past events

About Me

I offer integrative Counseling, providing a collaborative space to explore life's challenges. We'll work together to gently process past events, helping you find closure and reduce stress. My aim is for you to feel happier and more settled in your present. This approach is ideal if you're seeking to understand your experiences and move forward with greater calm and clarity.

Approach

We work at a pace that feels manageable, following what matters most to you and gently bringing past hurt into the here-and-now so it can be understood and held differently. In my Banbury room, in English, sessions are steady and practical—we notice patterns, try small coping steps, boundary experiments and brief reflections between meetings to test what helps. The focus is on making daily life less pressured and more secure; this way of working often suits people coping with anxiety, grief, relationship strain or recovery from hurt.
