About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist and registered Counsellor based in Kokstad, KZN, South Africa. I work with adolescents and adults on life transitions, anxiety, conduct issues, and grief. I provide child and adolescent therapy, counseling, and wellness support in a confidential space.

Approach

From the confidential space described above I focus on practical steps and emotional safety, helping you and young people name what feels hardest and map a way forward. Based in Kokstad, I work online in English using secure video or messaging, keeping sessions structured yet flexible—brief check-ins, deeper exploration, and simple between-session tasks to try at home. I hold calm curiosity alongside clear boundaries so new responses to anxiety, grief or conduct issues can be practised and integrated. People who want steady, collaborative change tend to find this helpful.
