Sessions move at a steady, practical pace: I listen closely and reflect what may matter to you and help shape small, manageable steps toward a space of possibilities. In my Sandton consulting room we work in English, keeping the space calm and predictable. For various challenges like grief, life transitions and dementia-related stress, my focus in on how a person's experience can be considered in a way that provides hope and wellbeing.
