Mrs Lubiza Lilich, MSc

Clinical Psychologist

Verified

Highly experienced clinical psychologist with over 20 years of practice providing mental health services for individuals and couples. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for all my clients, grounded in extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of human behaviour.

About Me

Internationally accredited Gestalt psychotherapist with certifications from European bodies (EAGT and EAP) as well as the German Society for Gestalt Therapy (DVG). I am a state-licensed health psychologist and hold two master’s degrees: one in Health Psychology and another in Supervision in Gestalt Therapy. I am also furthering my expertise in neuropsychology.

Approach

My approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, with the aim of empowering clients to live more fulfilling and satisfying lives. Grounded in a humanistic and relational therapeutic framework, I take an active role in sessions, offering structured dialogue that supports practical insight. Through reflective questions and guided awareness, I help clients notice patterns in their thoughts and behaviours within a safe, confidential space. Sessions combine clinical understanding with relational conversation, focusing on increasing self-awareness and personal capacity for change. Occasional short exercises may be suggested to help track progress and keep the work grounded, tangible, and adaptable over time.
