Services
I draw from a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches, tailoring my methods to the specific needs of the individual. Specialising in addiction treatment, I also address a wide range of mental health concerns, fostering healing and resilience in those I work with. I work individually with adults who are struggling to cope with difficulties such as depression, anxiety, trauma, loneliness, loss or bereavement, relationship stress, and life changes.
Through my work, I aim to empower my clients to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.I believe in helping individuals ignite a sense of hope through in-depth individual counselling, by utilising a person centered therapeutic approach I aim to help guide my clients toward self discovery.
Hope is the quiet force that defies darkness, a spark that flickers in the deepest shadows, waiting to ignite a blaze of possibility. It is the unseen thread that weaves through our lives, connecting us to a future that may be uncertain but is always brimming with potential. In moments of despair, hope is the gentle reminder that tomorrow holds the promise of new beginnings.
