Liz Bondi

Counselor

I am a psychodynamic counsellor with over 20 years experience of working with a wide variety of adults.

About Me

I am a psychodynamic counsellor with over 20 years of experience helping a wide variety of adults. In our sessions, we can gently explore how past experiences might influence your present feelings and behaviours. This approach helps you gain deeper insight, making sense of long-standing patterns. If you seek profound self-understanding and lasting change, I offer experienced support to guide your journey.

Approach

I offer sessions as exploratory conversations that work with feelings, bodily responses and ways of relating with a view to helping life feel more liveable. In my Edinburgh consulting room, speaking English, I provide sensitive and thoughtful listening, offering a reflective space in which to explore both the explicit and implicit requests for understanding that clients bring. This way of working often suits adults seeking thoughtful, lasting understanding rather than quick fixes.
