With over 20 years of counselling experience across the public and private sectors, Lilian offers personalised, insightful, compassionate support. Her approach is person-centred, while tapping on evidence-based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness, helping clients explore strengths and build capacities to navigate life effectively. Sessions guide you towards healing, growth and living a more fulfilling life.

Sessions focus on gentle curiosity to build awareness, and practical steps for improving self-care / emotional coping / managing life challenges. I offer in-person sessions in Singapore and secure online meetings in English or Mandarin, paced to your needs.
