I support clients in working through the impacts of trauma and long-term stress in a way that’s attuned both to the mind and the body. The effects of trauma and stress don’t always look obvious. They can show up as physical symptoms and/or a number of mental health concerns. My approach is relational, inclusive, and rooted in deep respect for your unique experience.
I approach therapy with the belief that everyone has capacity to heal and grow, and I see therapy as a way to reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and resilience already within you. Using both verbal and somatic therapy approaches, I support you in processing and integrating your experiences and gently making space for the life you want to live.
