About Me

I’m a certified therapist with a Master’s in Personality and Counseling Psychology. My work is about helping people feel safe enough to open up and explore their inner worlds with honesty and compassion. I offer both online and in-person sessions in Armenian, English, and Arabic. I'm open to working with people of all backgrounds and nationalities. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe, be open, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is humanistic, client-centered, and relational. I use the following modalities in my work: Existential Therapy — making sense of meaning, identity, choice, and the deeper questions shaping your life Internal Family Systems (IFS) — exploring the different “parts” of you with curiosity and compassion.
