About Us
I offer free Counseling to support people of all ages through separation or bereavement. Whether you are anticipating, experiencing, or reflecting on loss, I provide a calm, understanding space. Carers are also welcome here. We can gently explore your feelings and find practical ways forward. My aim is to help you feel heard and find renewed strength during challenging life transitions.

When grief or separation touches your life, I focus on steady, practical sessions that let you set the pace and name what matters. In Perth or by online or telephone, we begin with attentive listening, then shape short, manageable steps you can try between meetings. Sessions blend conversation with simple memory work, parenting-focused conversations or planning for caregiving, all guided by your priorities and timing. This way of working often helps adults, children, older people and carers find steady support and clearer next steps.
