Mrs Liesel Swartz

Specialist Wellness Counselor

I take pride in recognizing each person as a unique individual with their own experiences. Through therapy, I aim to provide a space where you can be heard and truly understood. I also offer practical tools, techniques, and valuable resources to help you navigate your life’s journey.

About Me

I am a Specialist Wellness Counselor and Counsellor based in Amorosa, Gauteng, South Africa. I provide counseling for abuse, anxiety, behaviour or conduct issues, grief, and relationship problems. I work with individuals and couples to develop coping skills and clear safety plans.

Approach

At Counselling 4 U, my approach to counselling is person-centered and interactional, focusing on factors that promote mental wellbeing rather than those that cause mental illness.

Person-Centered

I prioritise your unique experiences, values, and needs. By providing a non-judgmental and empathetic environment, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

Interactional

I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship. Together, we will engage in meaningful interactions that facilitate your personal growth and self-discovery.
