Lexi Kuntz

Registered Social Worker

I strive to help people improve their quality of life. Together, we identify the barriers that are getting in the way and learn effective coping skills to help foster a meaningful life. With a passion for supporting others, I guide individuals in identifying their own strengths and values to reach their goals.

About Me

I am dedicated to helping you improve your quality of life. We will work together, identifying what barriers are present and learning effective coping skills. My passion is to guide you in discovering your unique strengths and values. This collaborative process fosters a meaningful life. It suits those ready to build practical tools and reach their goals.

Approach

Sessions focus on practical, paced steps that turn clarity into everyday action: we map what matters to you, break goals into manageable experiments, and track what shifts. I work with clients in Delray Beach or online in English, keeping sessions structured but flexible so we can practice short mindfulness exercises, acceptance‑based choices, and communication skills that carry into work, family, and transitions. Between meetings you’ll try simple, evidence‑informed tasks and bring back what worked. This approach tends to suit people ready for steady, doable change.
