I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in San Antonio, Texas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Hawaii. I help adults who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or self-doubt. Many of my clients are high achievers, caregivers, or people-pleasers who struggle to prioritize their own needs. I also support those navigating relationship challenges, burnout, or major life transitions. I’ll help you shift unhelpful thoughts, set boundaries, and build tools for calm.
