Ms Lesego Ndhlovu

Counseling Psychologist

I offer a safe space for individuals, couples and groups to reach heightened levels of self-awareness to further facilitate more authentic relationships with themselves and others.

About Me

I am a counselling psychologist, offering short-term supportive psychotherapy and long-term psychodynamic/psychoanalytic-informed psychotherapy. I offer a safe space for individuals, couples, and groups to explore their inner world. Through supportive psychotherapy, we can uncover patterns and feelings, fostering heightened self-awareness. This process helps you build more authentic, meaningful relationships with yourself and others.

Approach

Sessions move between immediate, practical support and deeper psychodynamic exploration so you can begin to notice patterns and feel more grounded. I pair close listening with gentle interpretation, brief assessments when clarity helps, and simple between-session reflections to track shifts in mood and relationships.
