Sessions in Parys or online, in English or Afrikaans, follow a gentle rhythm of check-ins, focused exploration and practical steps that fit your life. Between meetings we may try small experiments, short reflections or parenting checkpoints so learning continues outside the room, tailored to your individual concerns.
