About Me

I am - Dr. Lena Feygin is a Doctor of Psychotherapy Science, an experienced practicing psychologist (clinical psychologist), and a dedicated systemic family therapist. I specialize in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Image Transformation Therapy (ImTT) method, as well as DIRFloortime (working with families with children with Autism). With a career spanning years of clinical experience, I provide expert psychological support to individuals, couples, families, teenagers, and children using a dynamic, integrative approach. I am an author of a book "I Want to Be a Mom, and a Dad Too" (August 2021), a groundbreaking book that provides guidance and support for individuals aspiring to become parents. I am also the creator of the innovative personality methodology, [Psy-to-nomics]™, which offers a structured approach to understanding human behavior and personality dynamics. A member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the European Association of Personality Psychology, EMDRIA, CEFT, EACLIPT (The European Association of Clinical Psychology and Psychological Treatment), and several other professional organizations, I am recognized for my contributions to the field of psychology. Additionally, I am approved by Pearson Education to administer a variety of educational and diagnostic tests, offering expert assessments and treatment recommendations in collaboration with educational institutions. Her diverse, multicultural patient base spans the globe, providing a rich foundation for cross-cultural psychological research and practice. As an author, speaker, and therapist, Dr. Feygin continues to make significant contributions to the field of psychotherapy.

Approach

As a clinician, I work across a broad spectrum of therapeutic contexts — with individuals, couples, families, children, and teenagers. My practice is rooted in a poly-dynamic approach, which means I tailor the therapeutic method to the unique needs of each person or situation. Rather than relying on a single modality, I draw from a range of evidence-based frameworks, including Clinical Psychology, Systemic Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Personality and Positive Psychology, ImTT (Image Transformation Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and my own methodology, Psy-to-nomics™. This integrative model allows for flexible, personalized care — whether we are working through trauma, building emotional resilience, navigating relational dynamics, or supporting developmental needs. You can learn more about each of these approaches on my website: www.lenafeygin.eu
