Counselor

A friendly, warm, caring counsellor who specialises in loss and bereavement.

About Us

As a friendly, warm, and caring counsellor, I companion individuals through the profound experience of loss and bereavement. When grief feels overwhelming or isolating, I offer a steady, compassionate presence. We move at your own pace, exploring feelings and memories gently. My aim is to help you find understanding and a path towards healing, honouring your unique journey. This gentle approach is ideal for those seeking a safe space to process complex emotions.

Approach

When grief feels heavy, we create a calm, held space where feelings and memories can be named and gently explored. From our Bromley base and via secure online sessions in English, we work at a pace you choose, checking in between sessions if that feels helpful. Sessions focus on listening, making sense of changing roles and relationships, and finding practical ways to cope with mood shifts, spiritual questions or past harms. People looking for a thoughtful, steady companion through loss often find this approach reassuring.
