Mrs Lauren Miller

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I provide individual therapy in person in Saratoga, CA and virtually to residents across California and Idaho. I specialize in working with childhood trauma.

About Me

I offer individual therapy for adults impacted by childhood trauma. We can gently navigate past experiences, understanding how they shape your present. My aim is to provide a supportive space. Here, you can explore memories and build new coping strategies at your own pace. Sessions are available in person in Saratoga, CA, and virtually across California and Idaho.

Approach

With adults carrying early trauma into their present, I guide sessions toward gentle curiosity about how memories live in the body and relationships. In my office in Saratoga or by secure video for clients in California and Idaho, we pace work to match your readiness, alternating focused talk, somatic tracking, and occasional assessment moments to clarify patterns. Between sessions I sometimes suggest short reflective practices to notice shifts. This approach tends to suit people seeking thoughtful, steady change rather than quick fixes.
