Ms Laura Tarsia

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

verified by TherapyRoute

I offer a space in which to explore difficult thoughts and feelings — things it may be extremely hard to find an outlet for in the rest of your life. Rather than dishing out standard advice or solutions, we will think deeply about the causes of your unhappiness, and we will work together to build your own solution.

About Me

This dedicated space is for you to bring thoughts and feelings that feel overwhelming or unspoken elsewhere. Rather than offering quick fixes, we will collaboratively uncover the deeper roots of your unhappiness. Many clients find relief in this process, building lasting solutions tailored to their unique experience. If you are seeking a profound understanding and a path to genuine change, this approach could be for you.

Approach

Bring what you cannot name elsewhere, and together we’ll map the patterns beneath it — slowly, respectfully, and at a pace that feels manageable. I work with chidlren, adolescents and adults in Singapore and online, offering sessions in English, French, Italian or Spanish so language isn’t a barrier to being understood. Sessions blend quiet reflection with focused exploration of attention, relationships, mood and eating. This collaborative rhythm tends to suit those facing anxiety, attention differences, relationship strain or changes in mood.
