About me: I am a mature counsellor (50+) and have 2 decades of experience working with grief, anxiety, & general life stress. I am a wellbeing specialist and would love to connect with you if you are seeking a non-judgemental space to explore your life challenges. Please check out my website for fees.

About Me

I provide a calm, non-judgemental space to explore your life challenges. Drawing on two decades of experience, I support individuals navigating grief, anxiety, and general life stress. As a wellbeing specialist, I offer a safe environment, helping you gently process emotions and gain clarity. This makes me a good match if you are ready to unpack experiences and develop practical ways forward.

Approach

You'll find sessions steady and unhurried, making space to notice patterns and small shifts in thought, body and routine. In my Brisbane room or online, in English, we use focused reflection, simple grounding and short practical exercises you can try between appointments to ease overwhelm and rebuild resources. Work is collaborative and paced to your comfort, blending talk with embodied noticing so changes feel manageable. This way often suits adults navigating grief, anxiety or life transitions who want clear, compassionate support.
