Ms Lara Raad

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

An experienced, competent and compassionate psychotherapist working predominately with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, professional orientation, burnout, stress, identity problems and trauma. As a Psycho-organic Analyst, my approaches focus on helping the person to be in contact with his inner self.

About Me

Facing depression, anxiety, or burnout can be isolating. I offer a compassionate space to explore these feelings and identity challenges. As a Psycho-organic Analyst, I help you connect with your inner self. This approach brings clarity, allowing you to understand deep-seated emotions and find a way forward. It's for those ready to rediscover their natural resilience after stress or trauma.

Approach

My sessions move from quiet exploration into gentle experiments that reconnect body, memory and present choices. I work from a calm clinic in Beirut and via secure online sessions in Arabic, English or French, adjusting pace and intensity to what you can tolerate. Together we practise short, actionable steps, track physical and emotional shifts between meetings, and use guided procedures to update painful memories and strengthen flexible responses to triggers. People facing burnout, grief or entrenched anxiety often find this steady, collaborative way of working helpful.
