About Me

I offer thoughtful, patient-centred Counseling, drawing on my experience in hospital and private practice. I compassionately guide individuals of all ages through their unique challenges. We can work together to navigate suffering and find clarity. I provide clear psychoeducation, helping you understand your experiences and find practical ways forward. This collaborative space is ideal for anyone seeking supportive, tailored guidance.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions move at a pace you set, blending practical psychoeducation with steady, compassionate support. I meet people in Delhi and online, working in English or Hindi/Urdu so language never becomes a barrier to exploring difficult experiences. Together we use focused reflection, simple skills practice and short between‑session steps to address abuse, parenting strains, relationship tensions or self‑esteem struggles, building safer patterns over time. This approach suits individuals and families seeking clear, collaborative ways forward.
