Kristina Kuznetsova, BPsych

Psychologist

I work with clients from a Jungian perspective, focusing on understanding the deeper patterns behind their experiences. Rather than only easing symptoms in the short term, the aim is to explore what’s underneath them so change can be more lasting and meaningful. This is why I tend to offer longer-term work, where we can take the time to understand what’s going on in your life, what matters to you, and how things might begin to shift.

About Me

I have personally navigated the challenges of motherhood, emigration, and career change, so I understand the nuances of these transitions. I am deeply committed to ethical practice and humanistic values.

Approach

In our sessions, you’re free to bring whatever feels most important to you. As we talk, we may explore earlier experiences or difficult memories that still have an impact. I also pay attention to what emerges more subtly, through dreams, images, fantasies, or bodily sensations, as these can offer valuable insight into your inner world. At times, we may reflect on what’s happening in the room between us, including the therapeutic relationship itself. Over time, this process can help you gain a clearer understanding of your life and build a stronger sense of resilience. I also have a particular interest in working with mothers of young children. The transition into motherhood can be deeply challenging, but it can also open the door to new strength, meaning, and self-understanding.
