Ms Kimberly Cotton

Social Worker (Mental Health)

I am sex positive, kink and poly affirming, LQBTQ+ friendly and queer allied. I specialize in working with gender non-conforming individuals. I work with neurodivergence including autism and ADHD. Experienced with disability, intellectual disability including brain trauma, end-of-life transitions, and blindness.

About Me

I offer a truly inclusive, affirming space for gender non-conforming individuals to explore their identity. My practice welcomes the full spectrum of sex positivity, kink, polyamory, and the LGBTQ+ community. If you are neurodivergent, including autistic or ADHD, you will find understanding here. I also support individuals living with disability, intellectual disability, brain trauma, or blindness. My compassionate environment deeply respects all diverse experiences, including those navigating end-of-life transitions.

Approach

Affirming curiosity guides how we explore identity, sensory needs, and relationship styles together. I offer sessions in Rancho Cucamonga and secure online appointments in English, so access matches each person’s practical needs. Work moves at a steady, flexible pace: focused assessment and conversational reflection blend with hands-on coaching, practical strategies for ADHD or autism challenges, and trauma- and disability-informed planning, with clear steps to try between meetings. People seeking respectful, pragmatic support through life transitions and complex relationship questions often find this helpful.
