Mrs Kimberly Castle

Registered Counselor

I meet individuals, couples, and families who are impacted by challenges and collaboratively work with them towards a desired outcome.

About Me

I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking support through challenging times. Together, we collaboratively explore your unique situation. I create a calm, open space where you can feel truly heard and understood. We then identify practical steps forward. This partnership is ideal for anyone ready to engage in finding clear, sustainable ways to move towards a desired outcome.

Approach

You’ll find sessions that balance steady practical steps with creative, expressive work tailored to your needs. In Kelowna or online in English, I hold a predictable, paced container where we alternate talking, guided imaginative exercises and hands-on expression so difficult feelings can be safely noticed and shifted. Between meetings I offer brief, doable practices and reflections to bridge insight into everyday change, especially for those carrying anger, trauma or relational strain. This way of working suits people who want clear, sustained movement without rush.
