Mr Kieran Mountney

Psychotherapist

Hi, I'm Kieran and I work with men and young guys that want to feel better, happier and have confidence in where their life is going.

About Me

I am a psychotherapist based in Camborne, Cornwall, United Kingdom. I provide counselling and diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents in the local area. I work directly with clients to treat anxiety, mood disorders, and abuse-related trauma.

Approach

When we meet you'll get straightforward, practical sessions that aim to shift how you feel day-to-day and rebuild confidence step by step. I offer in-person appointments in Wadebridge and online, working in plain English so we can move at a pace that suits you — sometimes focused, task-oriented weeks; sometimes slower to process difficult memories. Between sessions I’ll suggest small experiments or reflections to try out in your life, keeping therapy grounded and useful. This approach often suits men and younger guys wanting clearer direction and relief.
