Ms Khanak Pinhatiya

Psychologist

A Counselling Psychologist and certified trauma-informed professional who works with adolescents and young adults around multiple challenges pertaining to psychological disorders, childhood trauma, life adjustment, academic stress, and related issues.

About Me

I support adolescents and young adults navigating the complex challenges of growing up. As a trauma-informed professional, I understand how past experiences can shape present struggles. We can explore everything from academic stress to wider life adjustments. My goal is to create a safe, understanding space. Here, you can process difficult emotions and build resilience for a way forward.

Approach

Sessions open with attention to how early hurts show up now, so we can map patterns together and choose what to focus on next. I work from Bengaluru and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, keeping pace steady and predictable to reduce overwhelm. We blend short, focused assessments with psychoeducation and therapy—testing skills between meetings, tracking triggers, and gently shifting family and self-relations. This way of working fits young people and families looking for clear, measured support through anxiety, trauma and major life shifts.
