About Me

I guide individuals through life's complexities, helping them explore their experiences with clarity and compassion. When feelings feel overwhelming or paths unclear, finding a supportive space can make a real difference. Together, we can gently unpack challenges, fostering insights that lead to lasting change. Clients often appreciate a calm, reflective environment where they can feel truly heard and understood.

Approach

As you navigate difficult emotions and uncertain decisions, sessions focus on calm, clear reflection paired with practical steps to build forward momentum. I offer appointments from Durban in person and online in English, so we keep continuity whether meeting in person or remotely. We notice patterns together, try small experiments between meetings, and use practical, evidence-informed techniques to ease anxiety, process loss, and heal from trauma. This way of working tends to suit adults looking for steady, collaborative support through change.
