Mrs Kerry Anderson

Registered Clinical Psychologists

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist. I enjoy working with persons of all ages who are suffering from psychological distress. I am a compassionate, non-judgemental person who sees the best in people. I do individual psychotherapy, relational therapy and forensic assessments

About Me

I support individuals of all ages navigating psychological distress. My approach is rooted in compassion, offering a non-judgemental space where you can explore your concerns. Through individual psychotherapy, we work together to understand and manage your feelings. I see the best in people, fostering an environment where you feel truly seen and understood. This supports your journey towards greater well-being.

Approach

You’ll notice therapy moves at a practical, compassionate rhythm, letting your concerns set the agenda while I help map what’s driving them. Sessions in English—either in Durban or online—tend to blend focused listening with gentle feedback, simple experiments between meetings and clear ways to track progress. I work alongside you to identify patterns in emotions, relationships and behaviour, and we try small, manageable shifts that ease anxiety, grief or overwhelm. People who want steady, respectful collaboration often find this approach grounding and hopeful.
