About Me

Ken is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's difficult circumstances and transitions. He offers a supportive space where you can openly explore challenges and find clarity. Many clients value his calm approach when feeling overwhelmed by change or uncertainty. Together, you can develop practical strategies and gain new perspectives, fostering resilience for the path ahead. He aims to help you make sense of experiences and move forward with confidence.

Approach

You’ll find sessions are steady and conversational, shifting between focused reflection and practical problem-solving so we can make sense of what’s changing in your life. In Vancouver or online in English, I work at a pace you set, using careful listening, gentle challenge and concrete tools to address grief, identity, relationships, career changes and burnout. Between sessions we may try short experiments or simple grounding practices to test new ways of coping. This way of working often suits adults seeking clarity and steadier footing through transition.
