Dr Ken Fung

Clinical Psychologist

Ken is a clinical psychologist committed to helping individuals and couples with different cognitive, emotion, sensation, relationship and communication problems resulting from unfortunate, stressful and traumatic events.

About Me

I support individuals and couples navigating the complex aftermath of stressful or traumatic experiences. When unfortunate events impact your thoughts, feelings, body, or relationships, life can feel overwhelming. I offer a dedicated space to understand these challenges. We can work together to process the impact and develop clearer communication. This helps you move towards greater stability and connection.

Approach

After we’ve created a shared understanding of how stress or trauma has affected you, therapy shifts into a practical, paced process that targets the thoughts, bodily reactions and relationship patterns that maintain distress. I work with clients in Hong Kong and online in English or Cantonese, keeping sessions structured and collaborative. We use focused reflection, gentle memory processing, skills rehearsal and brief between-session experiments to change what feels stuck. This way of working suits adults and couples seeking clearer thinking, steadier regulation and safer connection.
