Dr Kealogetswe Maureen Mongale

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

I offer online psychotherapy to assist my clients in coping with life stresses and well-being issues during the current Covid context.

About Me

I understand the unique pressures the past few years have brought. Online, I offer a supportive space to explore how current life stresses and well-being issues are impacting you. We can work together to develop practical ways to cope, find balance, and strengthen your resilience. Online sessions mean accessible support from your own home. This helps you navigate uncertain times.

Approach

To help you cope with the stresses of this Covid era, I guide sessions toward practical, manageable steps that fit your day-to-day and feel possible to try between meetings. From Johannesburg I offer online appointments in English, Sesotho, seTswana or isiZulu so we can work in the language you find most natural. Sessions move at your pace, mixing short-term coping skills with gentle exploration of patterns in relationships, mood and parenting, and I often set small experiments to test new ways of responding. This approach suits people seeking clear, steady support during transition.
