Miss Kayla Bull

Registered Counselor

As a Registered Counsellor, I am currently providing in-person and online counseling services

About Me

I offer a compassionate space for individuals and families facing challenging health journeys, grief, or significant loss. My background in palliative medicine allows me to deeply understand the emotional impact of these experiences. I guide clients to process difficult feelings and find resilience. You can meet with me online or in-person. I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel truly heard. Together, we can find a way forward with clarity.

Approach

You set the pace: sessions move between focused, practical strategies and quieter reflection as we respond to the realities of illness, loss and uncertainty. I work with individuals, families and groups from my Cape Town office and through secure online sessions in English, keeping each appointment clear, time-limited and collaborative. Therapeutic tools are simple—breath- and body-based grounding, narrative listening and problem-focused planning—and I often suggest small between-session steps to test coping and build confidence. People navigating health crises, dementia care or climate-related grief tend to find this steady, practical rhythm helpful.
