About Me

I offer a compassionate, respectful space to explore your experiences. As a trauma therapist and counsellor, I support you towards a more fulfilling, peaceful life. Our sessions provide a constructive environment. Here, we can gently unpack difficult feelings and build practical strategies for well-being. This approach is ideal if you seek a supportive guide to create lasting change and inner peace.

Approach

Together we create a steady, contained way of working that honours your pace and limits while gently addressing painful memories and present worries. In my Bristol room or via online sessions in English, I use grounding, short practical exercises and reflective pacing so you feel safer to explore trauma, shame, anxiety or suicidal thoughts; between sessions I may suggest small, manageable practices to support coping. This approach suits adults seeking a careful, constructive path toward clearer thinking and calmer days.
