About Me

Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Katarina Arsić! I am a graduate pedagogist (BA in child development and education) and a RE&CBT psychotherapist practicing under supervision. Since 2020 I have been working with individuals, couples and parents to solve various emotional issues, such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, excessive stress, anger issues, shame, low self-esteem, traumatic experiences (developmental and shock trauma), relationship problems, parenting difficulties, managing career and life changes.

Approach

I believe the relationship between a therapist and a client can be healing, so I strive to provide empathy, warmth and security in all aspects of my work, helping my clients become mentally stronger and more resilient. In my work, I integrate methods and techniques from various modalities, including: - Rational-emotive and Cognitive-behavioral therapy, - Schema therapy, - Body psychotherapy, - Mindfulness. When working with my clients I aim to adapt my approach to the specific issue and the person on the other side, providing support and corrective emotional experience that the person needs. When you are ready, feel free to contact me. I am looking forward to meeting you! 😊
