I support human beings who have been thrown off their path by physical or mental illness, trauma or loss to regain their strength and take back influence in their journey in life.

About Me

With my university background in health psychology, up-to-date therapy trainings and 9 years of practical experience, I help human beings to cope with the psychological effects of physical and mental illness, trauma, complex trauma and grief. Combining different methods like CBT, systemic therapy, clinical hypnosis, IFS and art therapy, I support you in finding a new relationship to the body and towards a consistent feeling of "Self". Also, I offer support to empower you to gently (re)direct your inner compass onto your path in life according to your own values and without handing over the wheel to outer circumstances. People so far reached out with: - Long Covid/CFS, Migraines, chronic back pain, in recovery after injury, Colitis ulcerosa, Polyneuropathy - Trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, dissociative states, recovery after accidents & injury - eating disorders - Burnout, stress, panic attacks, and sleeping disorders - ... your topic? I am particularly engaged in supporting patients with Long Covid/Post Covid after personal experiences. And of course, I warmly welcome every person who seeks assistance with other diseases and psychological problems to reach out. I´d be happy to welcome you to my free monthly consultation hours. Please feel free to join and bring your questions and topics. If you have any questions beforehand, please feel free to contact me. Looking forward to meeting you!

Approach

Everyone is different. And not everything works the same for everybody. That is why we start by looking at your personal situation, understanding the dynamics underlying your topics and start taking back your influence through psychological techniques. Over the years, I have collected a large toolbox of methods which we can draw on during therapy according to your needs and personal situation. You can take self-hypnosis techniques home with you right away and use them independently during the sessions whenever you need them. You are always in charge of your own process and decide what is good for you and what is not. If one strategy does not work out for you, we take a new approach. This way, we can find out together step by step what really works for you. Please feel free to reach out for a free initial call to find out if my approach is a good fit for your personal topic!
