Ms Karina Ferey

Counselor

I am an experienced, professional counsellor and bring a gentle, compassionate & holistic approach to mental health issues. I am based in Jersey and work with adults with depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues. I offer face to face session as well as online sessions.

About Me

When anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem feel overwhelming, finding a compassionate space is key. I offer gentle, holistic support for adults navigating these challenges. We can explore your experiences deeply, fostering greater self-understanding. Whether face-to-face in Jersey or online, sessions move at your pace. This collaborative approach helps you build lasting resilience and a stronger sense of self.

Approach

I focus on creating a steady, contained space where we gently track triggers, patterns and small strengths to make sense of anxiety, low mood and shaken self-worth. Sessions take place in St Helier or via secure online meetings in English, moving at your rhythm with practical reflections between appointments if helpful. Through attentive listening, reflective questions and short, tailored practices we explore relationships, stress responses and self-perception so choices feel clearer. This way of working often suits adults seeking calm, practical change and renewed confidence.
