Life coaching helps clarify your aspirations and develop practical steps forward. Assessments provide valuable insights into your unique strengths. This approach is ideal for personal growth or support with workplace demands.

Sessions blend careful listening with focused, goal-driven work so we follow what matters to you and adjust pace when memories or emotions become intense. I offer appointments in Cape Town and online in English, and I invite parents, teens or adults to bring observations between sessions so we build practical strategies and track small changes. Interventions range from reflective dialogue to brief re-patterning exercises tailored for trauma, grief or family strain. This way of working often suits people wanting clarity and steady progress.
