About Me

As an experienced educational psychologist, I am passionate about using sandplay and play therapy. I work with all ages to help facilitate healing from difficult experiences. Through creative methods like sandplay, I guide you to explore feelings. This gentle approach is ideal if you find words difficult. It offers a unique path to understanding and growth.

Approach

Across childhood to adulthood I shape sessions so the sand tray, props and play meet your pace, letting images and movement lead the work. I see clients in my Sandton consulting room, offering care in Afrikaans and English and keeping contact focused, practical and consistent. Sessions move between hands-on exploration, gentle reflection and short, collaborative steps you can try outside the room, with parents invited when helpful. If speaking feels limited, this way of working often uncovers meaning and relief.
