About Me

I offer a trauma-informed space for those navigating life's most challenging experiences. I guide individuals towards stability, whether healing from past trauma or seeking support with addiction recovery. We can work together to understand your unique journey. I help you develop practical tools and strategies to manage triggers and build lasting resilience. My aim is to help you cultivate inner strength and find clarity.

Approach

I provide structured, emotionally safe therapy that balances compassion with clear therapeutic direction. Sessions are paced intentionally, with agreed-upon goals and checkpoints, so we can thoughtfully explore patterns, behaviors, and emotional responses without overwhelming the system. Clients may attend sessions either in my Nasugbu office or online, and we may work in English or Filipino—whichever feels more natural and supportive for you. My approach blends trauma-informed emotional processing, practical coping strategies, reflective exercises, and collaborative planning. When appropriate, this may include guided activities, journaling, or involvement of family members to strengthen support systems. The focus is always on helping clients build emotional regulation, deepen self-understanding, manage triggers, and regain a sense of control and stability. This approach has been constructive for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety and stress, grief, addiction concerns, parenting and relational challenges, and significant life transitions.

Services

My specialization is in trauma-informed, evidence-based psychological care across clinical, community, and forensic settings. I work extensively with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and stress-related conditions, grief, relationship and family challenges, and life transitions. My clinical approach integrates structured therapeutic direction, emotional safety, and grounded psychological tools, helping clients build regulation, resilience, clarity, and healthier ways of coping. I also have a strong background in forensic psychology, providing psychologically sound, ethically grounded evaluations and expert psychological opinions guided by evidence rather than legal or narrative pressure. Beyond individual work, I am deeply committed to community mental health, creating safe spaces for youth and vulnerable sectors through preventive, wellness-focused, and body-based mental health initiatives.
