Mrs Karabelo Ramosala

Psychologist

I am an empathetic and compassionate psychologist offering psychological interventions that meet clients' unique needs and enhance their holistic wellbeing.

About Me

I am a registered Counselling Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, academic stress, behavioural challenges, and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about supporting young people under 25 as they build resilience, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. I have experience working within higher education and youth development spaces, which gives me a strong understanding of the pressures young people face in school, university, and beyond.

Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), strengths-based approaches, and positive psychology, tailoring therapy to each client’s stage of development and context. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where clients feel understood and equipped with practical tools to thrive.
