“I work with adults experiencing complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, anxiety, and difficulties related to borderline personality patterns. My approach is trauma-informed, structured, and compassionate, helping clients understand their patterns and create meaningful changes in everyday life.”

About Me

I hold an MSc in Psychology and work primarily with adults who struggle with the long-term effects of trauma, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, ADHD, self-criticism, and recurring patterns that are difficult to change on their own. My work is collaborative and active. I believe therapy should offer not only a deeper understanding of why certain patterns developed, but also practical ways to respond differently in the present. I aim to create a space where clients can feel understood without being judged, while also gradually building greater emotional regulation, autonomy, and a stronger sense of self. I work in English, Russian and Turkish and offer online sessions.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, with Schema Therapy and Janina Fisher’s Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) forming an important foundation of my work. I also integrate cognitive and behavioral interventions, parts-oriented work, body-based awareness, and EMDR-informed techniques when appropriate. We begin by understanding what is happening in your life now: your emotions, triggers, coping strategies, relationship with yourself, and the patterns that repeatedly create distress. Together, we explore how these responses developed and what function they may once have served. Therapy is not only about understanding the past. An important part of our work is learning to recognize your internal states, regulate difficult emotions, relate differently to vulnerable and protective parts of yourself, and gradually practice new ways of responding in everyday life. The pace and methods are adapted to the individual, particularly when working with trauma, so that therapy remains both safe and practically useful.
