Ms Kaleigh Graham

Registered Counselor

A passionate mental health advocate, full in capacity to work with children, adolescents, adults, groups, couples and organisations.

About Me

I am a Registered Counsellor based in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. I help adolescents, adults, couples & families manage everyday dynamics, the ups and downs, the obstacles, self development, inner narrative and soothing as well as stress and burnout. I work virtually so I offer online counselling.

Approach

From my base in Gqeberha I structure sessions around clear goals, steady pacing and practical skills that help adolescents reclaim energy and build sustainable coping routines. We meet online or in person, set short achievable steps, and use brief between‑session practice with gentle check‑ins so learning translates into daily life. I invite family or group conversations when helpful and connect clients with extra supports as needed. This collaborative, down‑to‑earth way of working suits young people and families seeking steady, practical relief.
