About Me

Hi! I am an English-speaking counsellor and creative arts therapist from Estonia based in Berlin. I offer a holistic approach to mental health, drawing on psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and creative expression to help you explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that resonates with you.

Approach

I believe in working collaboratively with my clients. If something doesn't fit your needs, then we can always make a change. We are both working together to help you reach your goals, achieve better mental well-being, and a better understanding of yourself and others.
