In my Boksburg practice and online I work in English, Sesotho, Xitsonga, Tshivenda, isiXhosa and isiZulu, setting a pace that suits adolescents, adults, families or groups. Sessions blend gentle grounding, focused exploration of triggers and patterns, and simple between-session practices—assessments for children are used when clarity is needed—all tailored to reduce overwhelm and strengthen daily coping.
