Passionate about: Working with couples and families Helping with transition periods - Fertility challenges, pregnancy, miscarriage/ loss, postnatal depression Journeying with you through conception, pregnancy and post- birth life changes

About Me

I support couples and families navigating significant life transitions. My passion is guiding you through the emotional landscape of fertility challenges, pregnancy, miscarriage, loss, and postnatal depression. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with an MPhil in Psychiatry, I offer a consistent, supportive presence. This helps you find stability and connection through conception, pregnancy, and post-birth life changes.

Approach

When life shifts feel sudden or stalled, I slow the pace to map emotions, rhythms and decisions so you can breathe into each step. In sessions in Cape Town or online in English, I use short framing questions, reflective listening and simple between-session tasks that invite partners or close family when helpful. We name grief and hope, track mood and practical needs, and use relational moments to rebuild trust and routine. People facing conception difficulties, loss or the early weeks of parenthood often find this steady, collaborative rhythm helpful.
