About Me

I come to this work with deep curiosity and reverence of the lived experience. I often witness and support people navigating difficult life experiences and transitions, particularly when pain, anguish and sorrow are present. These seasons of our lives can feel isolating and disorienting, my work attempts to soften these edges by providing a place to slow down and better understand that which is causing discomfort. My intention is to co-create safe enough space for us to listen in new ways to the body and together gain a richer, more nuanced understanding of your internal world. Approach

My practice is rooted in feminist, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approaches that I bring together with warmth and humour. I am attuned to early/significant attachments, environments, and structural systems and I work collaboratively with you to be curious about how those experiences may show up in present day connections with self and others. I believe through building relational safety we can create an environment sturdy enough to hold the fullness of who you are. Together we can illuminate ways you have creatively managed while also moving towards more ease and emotional balance. My deepest hope is through this work you will experience a sense of genuine belonging, a coming home to yourself.
