Psychotherapy for a range of psychological difficulties. Therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. BPS & HCPC-registered.

About Me

I offer psychotherapy to help you navigate a range of difficulties. My approach is always tailored to your unique needs, ensuring our work together feels right for you. We'll explore what's happening at your pace, seeking ways forward that genuinely fit your life. This means the support you receive is designed specifically for you, not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Approach

You can expect a thoughtful, steady pace that balances emotional safety with honest curiosity. Together, we’ll explore the patterns beneath your distress and troubling symptoms. I offer in-person sessions in my Athens office or online, in English or Greek. Through reflective listening, gentle challenge, and focused tasks between sessions, you’ll have space to test new insights in daily life. Our work is collaborative and consistent. We can establish small, practical steps while also engaging in deeper meaning-making — an approach that often supports people navigating trauma, relationship difficulties, or mood challenges who are seeking real, sustainable change.
