Joss

Mr Joss Santerre

Registered Social Worker

Joss is a social worker with nearly a decade of experience helping people get back on their feet and regain control of their lives. Offering therapy in office, online or outdoor. Choose a traditional setting or meet up on the golf course for 9 holes and a great chat about your life, and how you can improve it.

About Me

I help people regain control and get back on their feet after life's challenges. With nearly a decade of experience, I offer therapy in office, online, or outdoors. You might choose a traditional setting, or we could meet on the golf course for a chat. This adaptable approach suits those seeking practical support to find their way forward. My aim is to help you improve your life on your terms.

Approach

When we sit down—in my Moncton office, online, or out on a walk—you'll notice sessions are straightforward, steady and tuned to what you need that week. I keep our work practical: we set clear priorities, try short experiments between meetings, and return to what’s changed so you can build sustainable coping and decision-making. I switch between conversational check-ins and focused skill work depending on stress, trauma or addictive patterns we’re addressing, and I offer support in English or French. This approach suits people who want direct, usable progress.
