Mrs Jordan Brown

Licensed Professional Counselor

I help young women (20s & 30s) who are stuck in cycles of overthinking, people pleasing, self-doubt, and tough relationships. In therapy with me, you'll find a warm, compassionate space with humor and absolutely no judgment - a place where you can finally let go and just be yourself.

About Me

Feeling overwhelmed by constant thoughts or the pressure to please others can be exhausting? I offer a warm, compassionate space to gently unravel these patterns, helping you shed self-doubt. My approach guides young women in their twenties and thirties to find clarity and confidence. We foster genuine connection with yourself and others. Here, you're invited to let go, be yourself, and discover a peaceful path forward.

Approach

When those restless thoughts and the urge to please take over, I slow the pace so we can notice what’s happening in your body and your day-to-day choices. Sessions in Milwaukee or online feel relaxed and a little playful: we’ll try short mindfulness practices, gentle somatic tuning, and small experiments you can test between meetings to build new habits. I keep things practical and compassionate, checking in on progress and adjusting as we go. This way of working tends to help women finding steadiness and clearer boundaries.
